Gluing part 
1.the method of gluing is anilox roller immerse into glue plate directly,then by the scraper to scrape off the excess glue to carry on the quantitative sizing,the Dia. Of anilox roller is 150mm
2. Gluing anilox roller installation is air top fixed structure 
3. The scraper device is a double shaft pneumatic pressure clutch
4. lateral movement ±5mm, the position of scraper can be adjusted by manual , horizontal movement by separate motor 
5. The glue anilox roller is driven by a single motor (2.2Kw cycloidal pin gear speed reducer)
6. Glue bucket is stainless steel , upper and lower position can be adjusted manually 
7.Double cylinder swing arm type pressure rollers ,the pressure is adjustable.roller diameter 120mm. (polyurethane) 
8.Observation window device to supervise the effection ,there is exhaust duct above the window
 
Drying oven part 
1.Oven 4 section , 8 meters , close-loop electric heating (length can be changed as customer's request)
2. Each section oven Temp. automatic constant temperature control,the temperature is displayed by the temperature control meter 
3. The upper case oven is pneumatic opening and closing 
4. Concentrated exhaust gas discharge pipe
5.The whole oven is negative pressure design
